Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AgentChoice (the “Service”), a product of Finilog. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
AgentChoice runs synthetic simulations of how AI buyers might choose between your website and competitors, and returns an estimated selection result, reasons, and suggested fixes. Outputs are AI-generated estimates based on publicly available information and are not guarantees of rankings, AI recommendations, traffic, or revenue. Do not rely on them as professional, legal, or financial advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18.
Acceptable use
You may only submit URLs you are legally permitted to analyse. You agree not to: submit private, internal, or unauthorised systems; attempt to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service; use it for unlawful purposes; or resell raw access without a plan that permits it. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the Service.
Plans, billing & refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe until cancelled. Usage limits (verdicts per month and other quotas) apply per your plan. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Intellectual property
The Service, its software, and branding are owned by Finilog. Reports we generate for you are yours to use for your own business purposes. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a licence to process it to provide the Service.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finilog is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use means acceptance.
